Where are the toilets? Are there disabled or accessible facilities? Are there disabled or accessible changing facilities at Glasgow Fort?

Answer

Customer toilets, including accessible toilets and baby change,  are available in the centre next to The Body Shop. There are also customer toilets available within Marks and Spencer, Boots and Asda Living as well as within our restaurants and cafes.

The Changing Places facility is located in Customer Services next to The Body Shop and access can be given by Glasgow Fort Staff.

The facilities are open in line with the opening hours of the centre and include:

• Changing Bench – adult sized and height adjustable
• Hoist – ceiling track hoist designed to be used with loop attachment slings
• Toilet – the toilet has room either side for carers to support
• Sink – height adjustable
• Shower – handheld and adjustable shower

Our accessible toilets are stoma friendly.
