Throughout Glasgow Fort you will find a range of services and facilities to make your visit safe, comfortable and enjoyable.

Quiet Hour at Glasgow Fort every Sunday 10am – 11am.

Our Baby Changing facilities are open as usual, however, to help us maintain social distancing, only one household will be permitted access at any time.

All other car parks remain open however we will be closely monitoring traffic and may need to temporarily adapt or close some of our car parks if we reach capacity.

We have 2,500 parking spaces – all of which are absolutely free. 

The cash machines at Glasgow Fort can be found beside Fort News, at the side of Three Store, at M&S and within Poundland.

Customer Services is temporarily closed for refurbishment, should you have any customer service queries during this time please refer to our website FAQs or contact us on our social media channels. If you require urgent assistance at the centre please call our security team on 0141 218 4563 .

We have 4 POD Point electric vehicle charging points on site located on the ground floor of the car park. Our EV charging is 49p per KWH.

We’re sorry the outdoor play area located next to Boots is temporarily closed due to development work.

The centre toilets are currently closed for refurbishment works. During this time there will be temporary toilet facilities available (including accessible toilets) which are located between Zara and The Body Shop. There are also customer toilets available within Marks and Spencer, Boots and Asda Living as well as within our restaurants and cafes.

We offer a Wheelchair Loan service which can be accessed by visiting the management team, at the centre offices which you will find located on the terrace that leads out of the centre at The Body Shop.
