What you can expect -
As a Senior Sales consultant you will be an ambassador for the brand, so customers will look to you for help in selecting products and of course for a wonderful customer experience. You will coach and lead sales consultants to achieve personal targets, all whilst ensuring that you reach your personal KPI’s.
You will be the bridge between the Managers and Sales consultant and will be competent in being able to supervise and ensure a smooth operation of the boutique in the manager’s absence.
