It’s not Christmas until you snap all the elfie selfies…Project Elf needs YOU!

Saturday 14 December – Monday 23 December

The elves are taking over Glasgow Fort this Christmas with festive frolics and fun for all the family. Elves big and small will be popping up to entertain, intervene and create a stir wherever they go - your challenge is to spot them!

To kick things off, our real-life comedy elves will be leading laughter-filled Elf & Fitness sessions, at 4pm on 14 December, outside Next, to get everyone fit and elfy for the season ahead.

Boogie along to your favourite Christmas classics in this interactive show that's free for all and open to everyone - elf hats at the ready!

Our real-life elves will then be on a mission to spread joy wherever they go.
Filled with mince pies and mischief, they will sing, dance and joke around, delivering random acts of kindness and Christmas wishes wherever they roam.

Keep your eyes peeled for elves of all shapes and sizes popping up on shelves, in windows and who knows where else.

Have your camera at the ready to snap away and see how many you can spot. Where will they be hiding next?     Glasgow Fort is located adjacent to Junction 10 of the M8, 5 miles to the east of Glasgow City Centre (35 miles west of Edinburgh). Satnav G34 9DL. Parking is free and we have over 2,500 parking spaces.

     

  • Train

    There are trains to Easterhouse rail station from Glasgow Queen Street every twenty minutes. To check train times, visit the National Rail website. 

     

  • Bus

Autism Hour

Quiet Hour at Glasgow Fort every Sunday 10am – 11am.

Wheelchair Loan

Wheelchairs are available to loan from Customer Services, located between The Body Shop and Zara.  Please bring some ID with your name and a £10 deposit which will be returned after the Wheelchair loan. For further information or would like the team to bring a wheelchair loan to you when you park please call customer services on: 0141 771 7777.

Facilities

Baby Changing Facilities

There are baby changing facilities within the public toilet area, Mamas & Papas and also at Boots.

Car Parking

We have 2,500 parking spaces - all of which are absolutely FREE.

We are proud that our car park has been issued the Park Mark, an award given by the Police to car parks that have achieved the standards of the Safer Parking Scheme, designed to reduce crime in car parks.

We also have bicycle racks located near M&S, VUE Cinema, and beside the public toilets near Zara and The Body Shop. 

Cash Machines

The cash machines at Glasgow Fort can be found beside Fort News, at the side of Three Store, at M&S and within Poundland.

Photo Booth

There are photo booths next to both Barrhead Travel and Frankie & Benny's.

Toilets

The public toilets at Glasgow Fort are found between The Body Shop and Zara.  We have an accessible toilet within the Male toilets and also within the Female toilets.  If you require an accessible toilet that is outwith the Male and Female toilets please visit Customer Services where you can find an accessible toilet on the ground floor.  If you need more information please call customer services on 0141 771 7777.
