Seven Lochs want to make 2019 the year we #CleanUpSevenLochs.


They are working with Keep Scotland Beautiful and local community groups to run clean ups as follows:


  • 10 May at former St Benedict’s school, Westerhouse Rd, G34 9G 1-4pm
  • 19 May at Hogganfield Park, Cumbernauld Rd, G33 1AH 10am-2pm
  • 19 May at Bluebell Dell, Hornshill Farm Rd, G33 6DD 10am-2pm
  • 24 May at Frankfield Loch, Loch Rd, G33 6EW 10am-2pm
  • 25 May at Cardowan Moss, Mossvale Rd, G33 5PS 10am-3pm
  • 26 May at Auchinlea Park, Auchinlea Rd, G34 9NJ 10am-3pm
  • 27 May at Commonhead Moss, Commonhead Rd, G69 6TZ 10am-3pm
  • 31 May at former St Benedict’s school, Westerhouse Rd, G34 9GR 1-4pm

  • Car

    Glasgow Fort is located adjacent to Junction 10 of the M8, 5 miles to the east of Glasgow City Centre (35 miles west of Edinburgh). Satnav G34 9DL. Parking is free and we have over 2,500 parking spaces.


  • Train

    There are trains to Easterhouse rail station from Glasgow Queen Street every twenty minutes. To check train times, visit the National Rail website


  • Bus

    Buses run to and from Glasgow Fort frequently. Click here to view the bus services and routes. 


Quiet Hour at Glasgow Fort every Sunday 10am – 11am.

Wheelchairs are available to loan from Customer Services, located between The Body Shop and Zara.  Please bring some ID with your name and a £10 deposit which will be returned after the Wheelchair loan. For further information or would like the team to bring a wheelchair loan to you when you park please call customer services on: 0141 771 7777. 

Quiet Hour at Glasgow Fort every Sunday 10am – 11am



There are baby changing facilities within the public toilet area, Mamas & Papas and also at Boots.

We have 2,500 parking spaces - all of which are absolutely FREE.

We are proud that our car park has been issued the Park Mark, an award given by the Police to car parks that have achieved the standards of the Safer Parking Scheme, designed to reduce crime in car parks.

We also have bicycle racks located near M&S, VUE Cinema, and beside the public toilets near Zara and The Body Shop. 

The cash machines at Glasgow Fort can be found beside Fort News, at the side of Three Store, at M&S and within Poundland.

There are photo booths next to both Barrhead Travel and Frankie & Benny's.

The public toilets at Glasgow Fort are found between The Body Shop and Zara.  We have an accessible toilet within the Male toilets and also within the Female toilets.  If you require an accessible toilet that is outwith the Male and Female toilets please visit Customer Services where you can find an accessible toilet on the ground floor.  If you need more information please call customer services on 0141 771 7777.
